About me

I'm Shehla, and I've been on a journey for many years– Now in my 40s, I have learnt to navigate the whirlwind of perimenopause! I get it – the demands, the hormones, and the desire to reclaim control as everything feels the opposite!

In my own transformative journey through life, navigating perimenopause since my late 30s, I intimately understand the challenges that come with it. At a point where I felt like a complete mess, always ill, juggling the demands of a career, parenting two children, and facing the rollercoaster of hormones, I had to take charge! I became my own advocate, exploring how Pilates and weight training, along with a diet revamp, could transform my life. It did! Now, I'm here to share that journey with you. As a mum and someone who understands the daily struggle!

Let's keep it real. Life's hectic, hormones can be tricky, and self-care often takes a back seat. But you deserve a space where fitness feels empowering, not overwhelming. Pilates became my lifeline, and I'm here to help make it yours too.
